Jaguar Land Rover's Ingenium engines are deliberately detuned from the factory. The D200, D250, and D300 diesel engines share the same 3.0L inline-six block — differing only in software calibration. D200 to D350: The Full Story

The D200 produces 200 PS and 500 Nm. The D350 produces 350 PS and 700 Nm. Both use the identical Ingenium AJ300D engine with the same turbo, injectors, and pistons. The difference is purely in the ECU calibration. Our D200 remap safely delivers 300-320 PS and 620-650 Nm — essentially D300 performance. The D250 remap achieves 340-350 PS, matching the D350. D250 to D300 / D300 to D350

The D250 starts at 250 PS and 570 Nm. Our remap pushes this to 320-340 PS and 650-680 Nm. The D300 (300 PS, 650 Nm) can be remapped to 350-370 PS and 720-750 Nm, exceeding the factory D350. All calibrations are within the engine's mechanical safety margins. Cost: £600-£900.

Petrol Engine Tuning: P200 to P400

The P200 (2.0L Ingenium) can be remapped from 200 PS to 250-260 PS. The P300 (3.0L) achieves 350-370 PS. The P400 can be pushed to 450-480 PS with supporting modifications. Petrol tuning requires more careful calibration due to knock sensitivity, but the gains are significant. Cost: £500-£1,200.

TCU Tuning: Smoother Shifts, Faster Acceleration

The ZF 8-speed automatic transmission can be recalibrated to match the increased engine power. TCU tuning delivers faster shift times, more aggressive downshifts, and reduced torque converter slip.
